Chris Swain Navy Midshipmen Game Worn & Signed White, Blue & Gray Under Armour Highlight Cleats
Chris Swain is a free agent fullback, most recently playing for the New York Jets. Swain played college football for the Naval Academy. Chris Swain and Keenan Reynolds became just the second duo in school history to rush for 1,000 yards in a season. Swain was also named All-East and became just the fourth player in school history to be invited to the Senior Bowl. Swain has also been a member of the San Diego Chargers.
Swain was a 2011 high school graduate of Mount de Sales Academy where he was a two-sport athlete who lettered four times in football and twice in track & field. He was also a two-time all-region selection and earned All-State (Ga.) honors as a senior. Swain was named the Macon Touchdown Club Back of the Year in 2011 and also a First-Team All-Middle Georgia selection. The versatile athlete also garnered All-State honors as a sprinter and thrower on the track & field team in 2011.
At 6-foot and 249 pounds, Swain kept opposing defenses from totally focusing on Navy’s dual-threat quarterback Keenan Reynolds, totaling 1,023 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns in his senior season. Swain wasn’t a one-year wonder, though, as he had over 1,100 yards and eight scores over the previous two seasons as only a part-time starter. When not running the ball, Swain shows a willingness to bang bodies and stick on a block in the hole. This style of play has earned Swain the nickname “Swain Train,” and compared his running style in college to bruising runners such as Eddie Lacy of the Green Bay Packers and LeGarrette Blount of the New England Patriots.
The featured size 13 white, blue and gray Under Armour Highlight Cleats were game worn by Chris Swain as a member of the Midshipmen. The fullback has signed the inside of the cleats and added “Game Worn” & “Go Navy!” to the left one and “Game Worn” “Go Navy!” and “Beat Army!” to the right one. Swain’s #37 is written on the left heel of the cleats and the fullback has also signed the outside of the cleats in black. Awesome!!!
