Rare Great Lakes Navy Football Sweater. The Yellow Jackets played college teams during the season. Great Lakes was one of the best to include beating the National Champions in 1945 Notre Dame. A few different players wore 16 during these years from 1942-45. Rare sweater. Due to tagging I would say it was Dick Ottele's sweater. He played for tbe Washington Huskies, was drafted by the NY Giants and  played for the LA Dons in 1948. In 1949 he was traded to the Chicago Hornets but blew his knee out.
